REFUND POLICY
At Velmora, we want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear
- Jewelry
- Items marked as final sale
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at shpvelmora@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at shpvelmora@gmail.com.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
